How do I reset my password?
Since we use Google Sign-In, your password is managed by Google. If you can't log in to your Google account, you will need to follow Google's account recovery process.
How do I request a movie or TV show?
Once you are signed in, you can click on your user avatar in the top right corner and select "Request Content" from the dropdown menu.
Why is the video buffering?
Buffering can be caused by a slow internet connection. Please try restarting your router, or check your internet speed. Our streams require a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD content.
